We do not have an elevator.
Our apartments are accessible via up to three (3) flights of stairs.
We do not guarantee specific apartments although we will do our best accommodate guest requests.
Only registered guests are allowed enter the property and use the facilities.
We do not accommodate stag or similar parties.
We are primarily a residential complex and guests are asked to be considerate of other residents, particularly children using the pool and spa.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are expected to abide by the house rules provided on arrival. Failure to do so will result in the guests being asked to vacate the property.
Check-in is normally between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm.
Please let us know if you will be unable to check-in at this time so we can ensure we will be here to meet you when you do arrive as we do not use a security box for after-hours arrivals.
Check-out is strictly 10.00 am unless prior approval from management has been given.
If undeclared guests are discovered, an additional fee of $50.00 per person per night will be charged, all guests will be asked to vacate the property and the guests will be blacklisted.
If the apartment is left in an unclean condition upon departure the guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $50.00.
The maximum capacity of any apartment is five (5) guests, this includes children and infants.
Upon confirmation of a booking, non-refundable bookings will be will be charged the full amount of the accommodation upon confirmation.
All other bookings will be charged a prepayment of the first nights accommodation upon confirmation and the balance will be charged to the credit card provided on the day of arrival.
We accept Mastercard and Visa cards, we do not accept American Express.
There is no refund for cancellation of non-refundable bookings.
For all other bookings, cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival date are free, and cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival date will forfiet the prepayment.
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will be treated as a no show and will be charged the full amount of the accommodation.
